Practice Emphasis: Civil litigation of all kinds, including injury and wrongful death claims, both plaintiff and defense (now primarily plaintiff, that is, representing injured and aggrieved persons), employment discrimination claims, maritime claims of all kinds (including Jones Act, passenger claims, cargo loss and recovery, collision, arrest, and other), insurance subrogation recovery claims, and alternative dispute resolution (arbitration and mediation).

Nancy Whitehead

Practice Emphasis: Nancy assists individuals and families from around the world who want to come to the U.S. temporarily, live in the U.S. permanently, or apply for U.S. Citizenship. Her individual and family immigration practice includes: marriage based visas, family based green cards (adjustment of status), removal of conditions, and fiancé visas. Nancy’s practice also focuses on U visas for victims of criminal activity, Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), visitor and tourists visas, F-1 visas for students, J-1 visas for exchange visitors, green cards, waivers, humanitarian parole, advance parole, removal defense, derivative citizenship by birth, special immigrant juvenile status (SIJS), and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
